Buffalo Promise Neighborhood Children's Academy is a tuition-free early childhood education center, enrolling infants through 5-year-olds who live within the Buffalo Promise Neighborhood footprint. We offer families an extraordinary choice and our programs are a first step toward a high quality education. Along with Westminster Community Charter School and Highgate Heights Elementary School, the Children's Academy is part of the Buffalo Promise Neighborhood, a unique public/private partnership supporting academic achievement, healthy development and sustainable neighborhood revitalization.
