EduKids’ Orchard Park Center Park Receives Chamber of Commerce Beautification Award
EduKids Early Childhood Centers, Inc., Western New York’s premier childcare, preschool and kindergarten readiness centers, was honored to receive the Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce Beautification Award on Monday, December 22, 2015.
EduKids founder Nancy Ware opened the first EduKids childcare center in Orchard Park in 1989 on South Lincoln Avenue. It was the starting point for a business that has grown to 350 employees, in 13 centers, serving 1800+ families throughout Erie County. After 26 years in the old Lincoln School Building, Ware recognized the need for a new updated facility in her hometown of Orchard Park, and jumped at the opportunity to transform the aging Pedaling History Bicycle Museum into the
state-of-the-art, Orchard Park EduKids. Construction work started in the spring of 2015, and families were able to enjoy the new beautiful facility as the new school year began in September.
Ware is very proud of the finished product. “My mission is for EduKids Early Childhood Centers to be synonymous with excellence among early childhood programs. We are so happy that families here in Orchard Park can call this new center their ‘home away from home’ now and for many years to come.”
